Crowned with Molding.

I love the subtle feminine look that these lacy, ruffled moldings add to a room. What do you think of moldings? Do you like these ornate designs or do you prefer something more streamlined?

Negroni.

Any day is a great day for a for a tasty little cocktail! Here is what I have been sipping lately...

The Negroni (a classic):

Ingredients:

*  1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
*  1 1/2 oz campari
*  1 1/2 oz gin

Preparation:

1. Find your fanciest glass
2. Fill glass with ice
3. Pour in ingredient trio into glass
4. Garnish with a twist and a smile.
5. Enjoy.

Oh Land

My word. I love every crumb of this. I have to admit I adore the sound but I am equally- if not more- as fond of her quirky little moves. Top to bottom- wonderful. Such an artful production. Who doesn't love a room filled with balloons? And the projections? Cool.

Swing

I love to swing. I have long been dreaming of the day that I would have a swing in my living room. I think a swing would be an excellent way to unwind after a long day. Seriously, can you imagine the fun of having friends over for cocktails, snacks, and a go on the swing.  Would you have a swing in your living room? I cannot wait!

Mmmmmhummm! I am loving on a bunch of the pieces at the need supply. These little numbers sure would liven up my summer dress collection. How about that black and white dress... I think it would be perfect for a fancy night out on the town. Perhaps I will have to snatch it up and save it for a champagne occasion.

Isn't this video lovely? I am quite inspired. I am going to have to think up ways to spread some charm. Wouldn't you be delighted if you found a sweet little poem sewn into your britches? I know I would. 

Summer Swimming

Aren't these photos beautiful? I don't know about you, but these images make me want to run to the beach and play in the water (just as I did when I was a little lady). Personally, I would top off the experience with a cocktail garnished with a tiny umbrella.
